Evolabel is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our North American team and play a key role in expanding our presence across the U.S. market.

About the Role

As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with strategic customers and partners across North America.

You will manage the full sales cycle – from identifying new business opportunities and leading negotiations to expanding existing accounts and creating long-term growth strategies.

This role is based in Alpharetta and reports to the Site Manager. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with key customers and partners across North America
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to signed agreements
  • Develop strategic account plans and localized growth initiatives
  • Expand business within existing customer accounts
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract management
  • Deliver on sales, profitability, and growth targets
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM systems
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Represent Evolabel at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive continuous improvement

Who You Are

We believe you are a commercially driven professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset.

You likely bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong experience managing complex sales processes
  • Background in manufacturing, automation, material handling, or industrial solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience building relationships with decision-makers and executives
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience working in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
