About the role

As a Technical Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to help our partners around the world solve technical issues and ensure high system reliability. You will play an important role in minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime for our customers.

Most support cases are handled through our ticketing system, but the role also includes hands-on troubleshooting, testing, repairs, training, and support during installations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshoot and analyze issues related to software, hardware, and system integration.

  • Plan and deliver technical training for our partners, both remotely, on-site with partners, and at our facility in Mölndal, Sweden.

  • Lead and assist in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) investigations and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with R&D, Production, Sales, and other internal functions.

  • Travel to partners and customers for training, service, advanced troubleshooting, and installation support.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys diving into complex problems, asking the right questions, and working methodically toward a solution.

You have a strong service mindset and are comfortable communicating with people. You can explain technical issues clearly and in a way that others can understand, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge with both customers and colleagues.

You are also structured and able to prioritize, drive cases forward, and communicate clearly throughout the process.

  • Experience or knowledge in automation, PLCs, and industrial communication protocols.

  • A practical, hands-on approach – you are just as comfortable working at a computer as working directly with a machine.

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish. English is our corporate language and is used extensively across our global organization, while Swedish is widely used in our day-to-day internal communication in Sweden.

  • A valid driver´s license.

  • The ability and willingness to travel internationally without restrictions, including to the USA, Asia, and Oceania.
